Are there any essential mods for the first playthrough, or would you recommend playing vanilla at first.

Only one I'd even consider suggesting for a first play through is underwear remover, because shower scenes are just weird with V in their underwear, and only then after someone had made sure that vanilla game was running fine first.

okay that makes sense. Do you know if theres a first person car FOV slider now ?

I tried it at launch and first person driving with what felt like a 60 FOV was horrible.

draw distance booster make your game way more immersive and its only a ini file that helps with things not loading popping in around you
