Just to put in my two cents. Finding all the images as one quest is very tempting. I feel this misses what the designers had intended though. I have found that you come to many of the images via other quest lines. For example: I found the Justice card when I was tracking (name redacted) at the Scav camp. It adds a subtle flavor to each encounter. I strongly suggest letting this quest go with the flow. Follow the Universe, choom.
