Wait Quests Bugged

[The Peanut Butter Thief]

Quests that require you to wait, like Over the Edge or Human Nature, are bugged for me. No matter how long I wait neither one will trigger. Apparently for Human Nature you're supposed to do one of the Epistrophy quests and then you can get your car back but I've done 4 and still nothing. Does anyone know any workarounds, console commands, or even mods that might fix these quests?

For Human Nature, you have to finish Tune-Up, and then wait a few days.
Over the Edge should be 24 hours.

Are you running mods? Have you tried reloading the game?

I had this problem once with one quest where I was waiting for a call. I used the fast travel function and got the call right away, Might want to give that a shot.

They normally trigger when you enter new areas try fast travel that should work.
