any best setting for 2070super? that it can constant stay 60fps or above when in discovering places and mission gameplay.

Are you using dlls ? Its a Huge boost in fps might Fiddle around with the Settings having the Same Card rt on etc mostly 60fps with, rt ofc is the biggest Performance hitter
