Looking for mods compatible with vortex.

Hello everyone, I have played through each life path once already, and gotten 100% of the achievements on steam and I am asking for what the community thinks to be the best of the best mods to add in for my first modded play through.

I specifically ask for vortex compatible mods because frankly I just don't have any knowledge on how to mod the game otherwise.

learn to mod without vortex it's just putting stuff in the right folder and following a readme

start with redscript, cyber engine tweaks, native settings UI. and red4ext. Those mods are base resources used by most other mods.

When going through mods on nexus it will indicate near the top right of the page when you first select the mod a selection beside download with the words Vortex and Manual.
This would indicate it is Vortex compatible i would assume.
