Rocker Boots missing post 1.6 update

So I decided to go on a Legendary clothing collection run with my Nomad character. I found the Netrunner set, the Corpo set, and the Badge sets with no problem, though there's one piece for the corpo set that's locked behind quest progression. I went to collect what I could of the Fixer set (already know that one piece is locked behind the Street Kid LP). I went to collect the Rocker set and found that the Rocker boots are not where their supposed to be. Did they get moved to a new location or where they locked behind a LP other than Nomad?

Loot might have changed from were it was located before? But I'll go see if it happens to me also Oo

All the pieces for the other sets are still in the same locations they were before 1.6. I know that one piece for the Fixer set was locked behind the Street Kid lifepath(which is stupid), but that's the only one I know of. The other pieces of the Rocker set are where their supposed to be, just the boots aren't where their supposed to be.

Just checked the location and they were not there for me. I also did the ncpd hustle that was close thinking it might be connected to it but nothing. The only loot there was some green tier stuff.

Is it the Puncture-resistant rocker ankle boots? If so they are located on a body inside a locked cage to the north-east of Skyline & Republic. Behind the building when traveling to the fast travel point on the map.

Yes, I went there but the boots weren't on the body. I came back later and the body had despawned.

Was there for me, not sure why it wouldn't be, but you could always use the console command to spawn the item if it's gone now, same goes for the lifepath exclusive item you mentioned.

Not sure how to use console commands. I'll look into that. Just out of curiosity but what lifepath are you running that you were able to find the boots?

Nomad, had no problem finding them, in fact I went and did just because of this topic, wanted to see if it was missing for me too or not. I was using a 1.6 save too in case that matters.
