What should I craft to level crafting?

Should I be crafting all grey items since they require the least amount of material or is there a certain recipe I should be crafting?

Personally i do a good job with just upgrading Guns and Amor i use

Upgrading is probably a more productive way of leveling up. Sometimes you will be able to craft a better weapon than anything you have found so far.

to be honest as long as you keep up with grabbing every loot you find, just disassembling unneeded stuff is enough to get it up, just be sure that your tech attribute keeps up with it too, cause the way skills work is they can't level higher then the attribute that they are in

Get the perk that allows you to upgrade crafting materials then upgrade all the parts you get from breaking down weapons. Also buy all the parts you can afford from gun shops and junk dealers then upgrade them.

I did with inhalers, though i ran out of materials refularly.
Not sure if it's worth it though.

Once you get a bunch of bonuses to free crafting chance and decrease items needed to craft, you will be able to craft the basic grenades and disassemble them without losing any crafting materials (actually gaining green ones in the process). This is pretty much infinite crafting exp for free. But until you get there, just disassemble every item you find and craft basic grey or green weapons, since those use the crafting materials you get the most of.

Also can be used to get infinite money since after you get a lot of these bonuses you will on average gain more crafting materials disassembling those grenades then you spend crafting them. Then you can spend the excess materials on crafting items and selling them for profit.

I started really grinding crafting at tech 18,for the cyberware mods.

Just go to a junk vendor with legendary components and craft the legendary item that uses most of those, I went for clothes due to their low weight. So it is just buy, craft, sell, wait 24h and repeat.

I got crafting up quickly and made some money in the meanwhile.

What i do: Ignore crafting levels untill i can craft Legendaries, then spam-craft Ashura sniper rifles as needed.

Why? Because the Ashura is the most valuable gun you can craft, so you can easilly craft a bunch, then sell them and buy more crafting components, rinse, repeat, profit!

What I did was make tons of grenades and health potions and then dismantle them and put them back together and then dismantle them and put them back together etc.
