What Windows ?
Running any RGB apps ?
Try closing ever thing and playing the game
If your PSU is pushed past its limits by GPU draw that can also force a reset.
In most cases like that it's just a thermal issue. Not enough airflow, bad watercooling or broken memory stick...so it's mainly hardware. Run a benchmark tool like Cinebench or 3DMark and push your system to the very limit to find out if there is a problem with cooling. Run a memtest (can take a while) to find out about memory problems and maybe check windows Eventviewer for more infos on what might have caused the issue.
EDIT because I didn't finish this proper :
In any case, when a game manages to restart your PC, check your PC first, the game second. Sometimes a demanding process can show you flaws in your system you wouldn't encounter otherwise and allows you to take action before something seriously breaks down.
