Sandevistan Question

When are you able to purchase one? So far, every ripperdoc doesn't have one regardless if I keep skipping for 24 hours. Do I have to wait till much later in the game or what? I just got done with the part where we tell Arasaka's daughter about what actually happened. Anyone got a clue?

its not when its from who, keep looking around, it replaces your OS/your hacking chip, nearly everyone ive checked has one, Vik for example

Yep, almost all ripperdocs have some version of a sandevistan, just find one that sells it.

The cyberware that ripperdocs offer is not randomised. Only specific rippers sell them so look up locations on the wiki or just keep shopping around.

I got one almost straight away but you need the right attribute level. Most ripperdocs have one of either the Berserk or the sandevistan. Depends on your level as to where you go.

This game is not linear so where you are up to is less important than your points in skills and level.

You just need enough street cred. Most rippers have one.
Somewhere on you chartacter screen there's your street cred bar. It shows what happens when you reach certain levels. There are a couple of 'Ripper docs have new implants for sale' levels.

Either your game is bugged, or you haven't checked every ripper doc. You can buy one in the first Act of the game from Cassius; which only requires 6 reflexes to use.

You can get a free Sandevistan at a Arasaka Mansion. Its Located in Westbrook, next to the Jhonnys' mission card. Get behind de house, jump in the rocks. Eliminate the corps and then just walk to the bar: theres your brand new sandevistan

Fingers (jig jig street) has the best sandevistan but if you punched him then you cant buy from him

That is a module, not a real sandevistan. Modules are easy to get. I already have 5. No sandevistan has turned up in any ripper's shop.

I'm level 19 and still haven't seen even a sandevistan mark 1. Other people have gotten them early, yet I have only seen the modules.

I don't think you're looking hard enough, that or you've got a pretty unique bug

I've checked the rippers over and over. Spent over an hour waiting 24 hours and checking the known ripper locations. Idk how much harder I should have to look. I have modules I can put on them and still can't use them.

And i aint trying to insult your intelligence but you're absolutely positive you're looking in the right area for it? Sandevistan should be in the same slot your cyberdeck is, thats the downside of it you cant use quickhacks anymore.

No mods and they don't show up in the cyberdeck slot. I've looked up what rippers have certain sandevistans, so I know the areas. Maybe 21 street cred isn't enough for any of them? I don't understand how the looting and purchasing system works considering how you can get items that are much higher levels than you even if you have just started playing, so idk when you actually unlock a sandevistan in a shop.

They should be in shops automatically, ripperdocs inventories stay the same the entire game most just cant be purchased until you get to a certain street cred or have the proper skill level (body, Intelligence, etc.) idk whats going on

They don't show up before you have the proper skill level or street cred or they do?
