Yes, I know this game is an RPG I have played it at release and getting back into it and need to learn the skills again so I'm not sure if its possible to one shot with sword from behind because I know certain enemies when grabbed break free so thats why i ask if there is a sword takedown

Kinda? The Jeepers Creepers perk in Ninjutsu makes crouching attacks with melee weapons guaranteed to crit and have +100% crit damage; as long as they're done in stealth.

If you mean some kind of kill animation, like throat slicing? No, not really. However, if you use the Hidden Dragon perk for a aerial take-down with Mantis Blades equipped, you will stab them in the head and kill them; instead of just knocking them unconscious.

There's a perk down the Ninjitsu tree that let's you deal 3x melee damage when stealthed, basically does an assassination when combined with other stealth damage multipliers.

There are actually animations in the base game for that, but they are not used as far as i know... only 2 i can think of i when you execute the 2 guards on the roof during The Heist holding a knife, havent seen it anywhere else in the game other than those 2..

also im sad that i cant get my stealth blade build to work on very hard nowadays, cause at lv 50 with all the stealth and knife perks by legendary punk knife does like 1200 damage and throwing a knife does like 20k :/ needs a buff
