Immediately failed a gig

I received the gig called olive branch from a phone call, and when i ended the phone call i got another call and she told me i failed the gig. It is still under the journal section gig, but when i try to track it nothing happens

What happens if you load up a save from before Wakako called for the first time?

And, because I always assume vanilla, try it without mods if you have any just to rule them out.

It happened again, the only mod i have is a reshade, could try removing it and try it again tho

If no-one has a good answer for why it would/should autofail like that, this is how to bug report to CDPR with a save where it always happens (first question they'll ask in reply is 'any mods?'): https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/gameplay/issue/1724/i-am-unable-to-complete-progress-in-a-quest-8

Some quests fail if you leave the area after starting the quest, or at least the used to. Dunno if that was ever intentional or if it's still the case, but did you move while on the phone?

yes, i moved out of my apartment the first time, but the second time i didnt leave the apartment
