Pretty sure i saw a mod that lets you do that on the Nexus. No idea if it's any good or not though.

I don't know for a fact that this will work because I don't use it but someone from nexus says to use this console command:

for i, v in next, {«judy»} do Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr(v..«_romanceable», 1)end

Not that good. It reuses romantic lines from female V and plugs in lines for male V where needs be. At moments they sound kinda bad because they meant for female character and do not really fit for male. And if you just use console command you out right get voice over meant for female V.

There is a mod for it, but you'll still have scenes as if you're a female. The save editor can also enable male V to romance Judy. Same deal though, you'll be a male on paper but will get the F?F scenes. Just use google search if you want to use the mod, I don't use it and don't know where it is in the mod list on nexus.

Yeah i figgured as much. There's a comparable mod for Fem-V + Panam which i have tried, and it has the same problem, it just feels off.

I woulden't really recommend it.
