Can't seem to find the gig "occupational hazard".

Looked it up online, nothing shows on my map, not getting any calls. Patrolled all of northside at this point, i'm at my wit's end.
Any help ?

Not all gigs are initially available.
Are you sure you have the right level?
You also need to complete other gigs of respective fixers to unlock more.
