I hate to break it to you.
But your auto saves, as much as they frustrate even me, are good.
Know why? Because civilains (CIV) are apt to run right around when your spraying bullets or lashing your Monowire tongue. I have used the autosave a bunch of times because stupid civs just love to run in the line of fire like idiots. So yes, autosave is a 'good' feature, even if we have to push 'x' to kill them all and be up to speed.
Additionally, autosave does not save every minute.
You are exaggerating to the extreme. It is like every 5-7 minutes. Please do not exaggerate. If you are going to call a number at least make it within a scope that is believable.
Additionally, we have no control over the autosave timer, as we have no way to modify the time, or its function, at all.
[SaveConfig]
AutoSaveEnabled = false
I personally do this as I prefer to manually save and it's much more reliable in terms of game stability than quicksaves or autosaves.
