Mouse lag with ray tracing ON

I can run the game over 60 fps with ray tracing enabled on my RTX 3080 laptop, but there is a lot of mouse lag... Is that normal? With ray tracing is set to off there is 0 mouse delay.

Anyone experienced the same?

yeah its kind of normal for this game to have a lot of input lag even if you do everything that online claims to fix mouse lag. its just an engine problem i assume. however while with like 80 fps the input lag still feels quite high, at over 100 fps it becomes much more managable so i dont know what the issue here is, may be poor frame timing or forced triple buffering so something like that.
