Can't find the Shards menu in the latest version

I can see the Miltech data card in my Job Items but nowhere else. Keep reading that there is a Shards menu in the Journal, but if so I sure can't find it.

Hadn't played it since the original release. Now I have a new machine that will run it. Some of the menus are a little obscure. In this case, when I hit the I key it displays the menu across the top of the screen. I need to then hit the esc key to get the menu with the drop-down sub-menus. This seems a little non intuitive.

Yeah, the menu UI is pretty clunky and unintuitive.

That's interesting. Mine doesn't. As I said, I get the abbreviated menu across the top. Need to esc to get the full menus.

Escape brings up the save and load menu for me. You might need to reset your controls back to default. Sounds like they have been changed.
