check that the refresh rate is the max of your monitor while in game
I have nvidia card and gsync (range 60-240) so i cant help further
Enhanced Sync: Almost completely removed tearing when your FPS is running ABOVE your monitor's refresh rate.
You can't use Enhanced Sync with FreeSync. It will cause more problems than it fixes, because the 2 technologies are working at opposite ends of each other.
True, i just did my research and I can confirm the above, enhanced sync only activates above/below freesync range anyway even if you switch it on in radeon software
thanks @Cryiox
however i have been switching on enhanced sync all the time with all other games (while using a frame limited or 116 fps ofcourse) and never faced tearing, stuttering or any other issue .... i dont know why is it just cyberpunk 2077.
nevertheless i just switched of enhanced sync, switched on vsync and tweaked my graphics settings to be sure my fps is always within my TV freesync range (40-117 fps), all is fine now :)
