Cat Food is Missing. Can't get cat!

I'm at the start of Act II, talked to Takemura, and found the note about feeding teh cat.

I made my way all the way to the Arasaka Warehouse and can't find the cat food. What is a crazy cat lady to do?

I want my cat!

It can be bought at some stores. I dunno which ones, but there's plenty that sell it.

Ah. I found one near the gig with the police woman. The food vendor in the area sells it. I've also found some from a bar vendor, but can't remember which one.

Yea, it's pretty limited as to which shop sells the cat food now that I think about it.

It's out there. I ended up with a half-dozen packets of cat food AFTER I got my Nibbles. It was a cool little detail...I only wish it was possible to interact with Nibbles a little more. yeah, I'm a cat person too.

if you go to the GIM. Bay 5 in the loading area where you start that quest for Placide has had one every playthrough for me. Just pick up everything in the bay and check your inventory.

You can also find some in the last loading area (for trucks to back up) of the amusement park in Pacifica. It will just be sitting on the ground.

Just so you know, at the moment there are no interactions with the cat (unless you consider "interaction" showering when it's on the floor)

You "Feed teh Cat" near your first apartment in Act 2. I usually do all the NCPD gigs in Watson before starting Act 2 and the food is a random drop as well so I usually have one, once I had three of them.

Also keep an eye out for the cat you can stroke as you enter Vic's for the first time.

Where can i find the cat other than the one that is placed at Vic's entrance place , And the one you guy's are talking about is to have in V's apartment as a personal Kitty or ? I Love Cat's so i want one O,..,O

Afaik, V's Apartment is the only place to find and house the Kitty.

On a side note:

The cat is a pivotal symbol of the game. It's present in each major event and disappears afterwards (for example, keep an eye on the car in the background, when you meet Oda with Takemura, also when you spy the Arasaka warehouse with Takemura, it appears again and disappears when it sees Johnny jumping down. At the end of the game there's an easter egg from The Matrix with the same cat that keeps appearing while you go up the stairs.

I'm not sure what the cat represents, but I believe it's the biggest mystery of the game.

You cannot feed that cat and tame it. It's only there when you walk into Vic's at the top of the stairs the first time, all you can do is pet it.

The one you tame is after you do the Heist and you have to read the shard in the bin then put some Cat Food in a bowl and come back later. It's down the hallway to the opposite side from your garage elevator.
