I was hoping my Delamain car would chauffeur me around
I'm a horrible driver in this game. In all games, really, but this one is particularly bad. I can generally stay on the road, barring occasional spinouts and crashes, but I'm a total menace to everyone in Night City. I've lost track of all the pedestrians I've run down.

So... a little disappointed that Delamain's "son" doesn't take the wheel for me. :steammocking:

Have to admit I thought the same.
Would have been a pretty cool option.

maybe it's going to be added later.
Seems it was intented at some point, and it also seems CDP10 is working on it.

I noticed delamain is now saying a couple of new phrases as soon as I called and entered it.
But it's apperars to be bugged since they dissappear very quick.
So maybe there'S a chance if it working at some point.

He makes occasional comments that I think are meant to indicate he's an amalgam of all the personalities, but it's not very frequent.

Car steering is super twitchy in this game. Motorcycles are much more forgiving.

Having seen the AI drive in this game I'd have quickly lost patience with all the stopping and starting, having looked at some things in this game, I believe we were meant to have a flying cab which would have solved the problem of congestion, I'm thinking they could not make ir work reliably enough due to limited places to land near the player, especially in the city.

I was not actually thinking I would use it for a fast transport option. More of a chill slow ride while I look out the window and have a ponder.

I think a good solution would simply be for us to be able to enter the drivers side if we want to drive (and maybe the car could say something about leaving it to us), or if we enter on the passenger side, it could ask us our destination and pop up a map, like the kiosks do. Then transport there would be instant.
