[Spoilers] Bully mod from theater removed?
Started a new run and I'm at the theater in the room with the NetWatch agent, where there's supposed to be a lootable crate with the legendary Bully mod available.
But it's not there. Has it been removed? Is it a bug? Is there only a chance for it to spawn there? What's the deal with it missing?

Haven`t seen it either, probably removed. They removed or relocated lot of legendary stuff in last two patches.

Bully has been nerfed anyway so I don't use it.
