Why can't I craft a legendary Fenrir?
I have unlocked all the attributes, have all the components, but when I go to craft it just says "blocked".

you need tec hability lvl 18 make legendary and skills

do you have the epic version? the epic version is needed to craft the legendary.

Craft it using the Rare.

the epic fenrir is crafted from the rare fenrir.

You need the fenrir in your inventory to upgrade it to the next higher version.

Fenrir, unlike the blueprints you get from some of the NCPD jobs, you can't craft it, just upgrade it to the next higher level.

If you no longer have the gun then you can;t use the blueprints.

You need the perk: Edgerunner Artisan for crafting legendary items
