Should I buy for full price or buy on Epic?

Never shop on Epic. Its also 50% off at GoG, and hopefully it will be on Steam later.

That was for the PS4 physical version, I believe. PC version has never gone anywhere near that price (at least through official channels).

You should not get it even if you are offered the game for free. The reason is simple: it is not even worth the time it would take to download. It is a complete pile of trash that will never improve. Just go watch 1 hour of this on YouTube, you will understand the story and the plot. The game completely lacks depth, and is shallow enough for you to be content with some YouTube video. And if you really feel the urge to spend money, just throw it in the garbage. You will save time.

At the start of the October sale, valve posted the dates of all the remaining sales this year. There is a thanksgiving sale starting tomorrow (the 24th) to the 30th, and then after that, the winter sale on December 22nd to Jan 5th
