Strange flickering light when using DLSS

What are these strange flickering lights when DLSS is enabled and how do you get rid of them without turning it off? is my card mush?

Probably just a bug with DLSS, sometimes the AI has trouble drawing certain things, like thin objects or lights.

Yeah, i have seen other videos on youtube with people having the exact same issue. You are correct, it is DLSS. Was thinking it was my card dying, but the issue goes away when you turn it off. Very odd. thanks for the response!

That's just DLSS trying to upscale the graphics, it's not perfect but has been steadily improving. Like in Death Stranding that uses one of the earlier DLSS versions, with it on, small object would leave streaks in their wake.
