Graphics card for 1080p at High?
What is the cheapest card that can run this game at that resolution and quality?

You can run the game at full settings with a 1070 TI, 1080p and 60fps.

High, yes? Not Ultra?

1060 will be enough! That will give you >30 fps for SURE

as long as your cpu is okay and you have at least 16 Gigs of okay-ish Ram and maybe a okay-ish ssd.

No you can't.

For 1080p60 locked at all times on maxed settings and 1080p native you need 5700 XT / 1080 Ti / 2070S (without DLSS).

Anyway OP, for pure High not maxed settings (and even 80% Static CAS Rez scale), 2060 / 5600 XT are adequate.

I don't know man. See before getting the 3080Ti i had a 1080Ti and was playing on a 2K monitor on ULTRA settings with 30 fps. (of course no Raytracing, we are talking about 1000 series gpus here).

OP wants to play on 1080p that is a whole different story (needs far less power) and he was talking about HIGH, not ULTRA settings. He will have no problems in doing so.

when vagabond said "full settings" i highly assume he means OP's high settings, not Ultra+Psycho.

Well, let's assume 1080p60 High, not 30 fps.

Hard to tell since people love to lie about their FPS in order to feel better....
Dont ask me why someone would do this....But its easy to act that way with games like Cyberpunk, because it supports FidelityFX and DLSS.

Many people still dont get, that these features reduce the resolution ingame, to increse perfomance. I had my own personal interlude with a lunatic on the Cyberpunk subforum, who would lie about his his 3070 and FPS world records . Fortunately mods shut him down. I will spare you the details.......

So lets say youre playing on ULTRA + RayTracing on maximum but youre using FidelityFX @50%.
It will look like horse...... and cant be classified as playing on high/ultra settings, because it simply isnt.

So if youre looking for a card to play on "legit" Ultra/High settings @1080p and 60FPS with RT off, the bare minimum would be a 5600XT/2060Super/5700.
Nothing more, nothing less.

I have the EVGA GTX1080Ti Hybrid FTW3 Edition and, with games settings a mix of Ultra/High/Med, get an avg of 77fps on an ultrawide display @1080p. Of course there's no RT or DLSS which I don't care about anyway. Haven't seen it dip below 40ish anywhere. I'm good with this.

I'm using an RX 5600 XT on high settings with some on medium and get 60-90fps. Very good performance.

Oh, wow. I guess my 1070TI is very special then.

During interiors or the desert, you will get better performance than generally strolling through the city.

I can guarantee you don't get a 1080p60 locked at all times while maxed out with a 1070 Ti.

It depends on your refresh rate. At 60Hz, a GTX 1080 will be enough with some tweaks.

Wont even get 50 FPS with high settings, let alone 60 FPS on Ultra.
I love this subforum, seriously.

This in the only place on the entire Steam platform, where every GPU since 2013 is capable of 60FPS with Ultra settings.
Ive seen it all.
- GTX 1060 with Ultra settings @60 FPS,
- RTX 3070 with 100 FPS @Ultra settings on 1440p and RT on max,
- Vega 56 with 80 FPS on Ultra @1080p
- and so on.

Of course, nobody uses DLSS or Fidelity, its just that Cyberpunk is perfectly optimized, you know.
It runs like a charm on my Intel Core Duo and my 8800GTX from 15 years ago.
I get around 120 FPS on Ultra with RT on maximum.
