What features would the CDPR devs have to put in, or do you expect to come in with 1.5 or later, that would make you change your mind about this game?

Personally;
Better driving - GTAV was released 8 years ago, there is no excuse for an open world driving experience to be worse than that today. Also;
Car customisation - despite having a playable Nomad and a whole questline featuring a friendly nomad clan, there is precisely zero modification you can do to your vehicles. Let me moto them with armor plating, NOS and guns! Eventually, let me fly a personalised AV.
Change cosmetics - for a system where 'style is everything', they made it so you can't change anything from hairstyle to makeup, or anything. Even the Witcher had a hair/beard barber.
Transmog - one of the only things on this list confirmed to be coming, that I know of. Let players dress how they want to look, while keeping their stats competitive.
More endings - likely tied to whatever new plotline the expansions introduce; give us new endings.
NG+/Post Game - I think New Game + is coming, but I doubt a post game mode is, as much as I'd love the freedom to return to NC as Johnny V, doomed V or cured V. It honestly wouldn't even be that hard, just some dialogue lines from the right VO's.
More fully romancable NPCs - one for each male/female/gay straight is kinda lacking, excluding joytoys and Stout.
Improved AI - supposedly this is also in the works, but they've done such a poor job with it so far that I don't see them magically turning this about. The NPCs still change completely when you turn around.

Things I wouldn't care for:
"Things to do in the city" - while some people do say the city feels dull and empty, I honestly don't want to see darts, golfing or drinking with your cousin minigames to try and fill in the gaps.

This is probably a pipe-dream but I'd love to see a version of Cyberpunk without V, where you play your own custom character taking jobs in Night City instead of playing doomed V and the Silverhand revival plot. Maybe in 5 years, if they don't scrap the multiplayer plans.

I'm sure I have other ideas, but I want to hear about what features you'd like to see.

I'd expect a lot of what you list to be present in the game by the time they stop significant work on it. At least in some shape or form.

For 1.5 and near future, modding tools for the modders to allow them easier, better, and more access to adding and creating.

A re-balance pass is probably pretty likely to some degree but I'd like to see that of the RPG mechanics. They're a step on from what CDPR have done before but there's improvements there they could make. This is a huge thing in totality because it covers so much in a simple couple of sentences so I do have reasonable expectations about what is possible.

That's it really for a wishlist to alter my opinions of some things in game.

From this list, I’d say more cosmetics, more romance options, and better/more varied AI. I think you can find more opinions and suggestions in the “Ideas and Suggestions” section of the forum.

So, you basically want GTA 6. CDPR doesn't make those games.

What I want is more quests and content. I don't care about police AI or playable pachinko machines, that's a filler content for kids and people with ADHD. I want more meaningful stull, something to remember.

I'd love for them to expand the already insistung romances. Like, more interactions with your romantic partners after you get into a relationship with them. That one part, for example, with Judy drunk-delivering a ton of food to your apartment and drunk-texting you she'd dropped off a gift was funny. I want more of that kind of stuff instead of them just stopping to talk to you after a while.

I'd also love to have my own custom character that's not V, however since Cyberpunk 2077 isn't an MMORPG and is all about the story, I don't expect that to come ever. What I would like would be to be able to play more AFTER the end credits (not "go back to an earlier save and play from there" but "ok, end credits are through, this is where you are right now, now keep going") and I want a quest line where Kerry starts a Samurai tribute band called Ronin and V's gotta help him to get everyone on board. XD

Definitely vehicle customization!! A car shop / garage that allows it (immersion)

I'd love more Post Game stuff. I love Night City & want more reasons to return to it. Building my wealth to collect vehicles, etc.

Improved AI

Items that are out of my reach / cannot get - after I make a kill, items are sometimes impossible to loot. Perhaps a cyberhack that allows V to loot everything within the area to correct it? It's frustrating sometimes when I can't get to the fallen rares / epics / etc.

I would want features to start with, semi joke aside but this gets asked non stop and the like so ya just all that it should have had day 1 from the basics to the promised things (neither of which will ever be at least not the latter).
