Now there is no reason to push someone out the door simply, because they want something that you don't. Also, the game presents said aspects that you mentioned and doesn't let the player explore any of that. It's a movie game.

If i remember correctly Witcher 3 got haircuts as a free DLC.
There has been some speculation that character recustomization will come as a DLC at some point, but CDPR has been busy with patches lately.

I found the hairstyle you pick in the character is relatively pointless. as the hairstyle changes to match what ever head gear you are wearing anyway.

So while technically we cannot get a "haircut", we can change our hairstyle (in a manner of speaking) by picking a different 'hat'.
