Patch 1.52 not installing

Patch 1.52 doesnt finish installing. Its literally stuck at 100% and not finishing up.
Tried restarting stream and my PC, but nothing. Anyone else?

It did the same for me, I am pretty sure it's just installing what you downloaded. How long did you sit on it? Installing usually takes a bit.

I uninstalled and reinstalled. I do this every time that an update releases.

Why? Game gets to 100% and takes forever to complete, plus it removes any issues that may cause a problem from the previous update.

Its been idling for a solid 2H now... my third attempt at this. It downloads, but when it starts to install it get stuck on 100%

I see it now, after the download there is a green line goes up and down? It's writing into our SSD or HD. It depends on how fast our hard drive speed is. If it's slow, it may take some time.

Exactly this, it's writing/copying replacing files on our drives and speeds depend on what drive you have obviously m2/ssd will be a lot quicker than mechanical just have patience.

don't restart your pc, just let it do its thing overnight if you need to.

its usually takes a good while for me to finish updates even when its at 100%. it's still doing stuff like copying files but if its taking 2 hours for you then it says a lot more about your hard drive, you should invest in replacing it soon.

I can confirm it's working fine, completed the patch in about 15 mins from DL to install.

Using an m.2 drive if anyone is wondering.

dial up speed trying to download patch 1.52. I would call the people who control these avoidable technical issues idiots but I'm sure they already know that.
