That worked that way in 1.0 version too.
If you like going for non-lethal you can try a Batman playthrough to make life interesting. No lethal, no guns, target analysis with throwing knives as batarangs, no damaging quickhacks. Lots of stealth.
you can use short circuit and contagion as they are marked as non-lethal. just be sure not to damage them again when they are downed
Yeah but in my opion that makes things to easy. My first play through was a non-lethal netrunner and it just became a joke how easy it was.
I'm only using covert hacks for my Batman run.
I mean any successful Serial Killer Merc needs to tidy up after himself so he doesn't leave evidence for the cops upset the innocent public.
Since then I just started making judgments calls Dredd style. Heinous crimes? You get decapitated or head blown off. Lighter stuff? Unconscious. (Barring accidents such as accidentally doing a dodge into a downed opponent which for some reason can kill them, lol)
But yea, stealth kills/knockouts and hiding dead/unconscious enemies is the easiest way to level it from what I’ve seen.
