tbh the people that made the crafting and upgrading system for this game should be fired. you can have 18+ tech and still not have any blueprints that you actually want or like.
for a game with hundreds of clothing items and weapons and mods ect ect ive never seen such a left handed system designed to fail so badly.
they actually decided to create a transmog system as a band aid for their lack of creativity. so dont worry that your male v has to wear a skirt and heels and corset ... lol
and on top of that they disabled clothing blueprint from vendors last patch so now even if you have a full crafting build you are reliant on RNG for for crafting ... making a crafting build potentially worthless despite investing your entire build around it.
just get the mod once you have 18+ technical ability and save yourself hours of trying to work with a system designed to disappoint.
mod is called All recipes in the crafting game menu on nexus .. read the comments on that nexus page to get it to work properly.
