No Memorabilia?

It's only thanks to reading the wiki that I even know Memorabilia is a THING, but from what I understand, completing certain missions in the game is SUPPOSED to cause various stuff to appear in your apartment. Thing is, this... just doesn't seem to be WORKING for me. Did it get broken in 1.5, or am I misunderstanding something, or just failing to spot the memorabilia in question?

At the moment, there are two memorabilia-type items in my apartment - the troll-plushie you get for linking with a GOG account, and the Scorpion-figurine you have to manually place on a table after 'I'll Fly Away'. However, going by the list in the wiki, I should also have the Arasaka Neomilitaristic Clock from my Corpo origin and the pin-up posters from 'Heroes'... buuuut I don't. In other words, the only memorabilia to appear are those that you access in non-standard ways.

Anyone know what's up with that? Ideas for making it appear? It's honestly bumming me out a bit, since I LOVE it when games provides you with souvenirs of your progress. (Also working hard on collecting all the Iconic Weapons that get displayed in your Stash, though fortunately, THOSE seem to be working as intended...)

I remember a few. Completing all the tarot cards gives you a mandala hanging next to the bed. Doing Scorpion funeral gives you a knock off Mortal Kombat Scorpion doll. At some point you get a campaign poster for Peralez. Doing the dive mission with Judy gives you some diving gear. All are placed automatically except for the not-scorpion doll.
