Patch 1.5 M'ap Tann Pelen bug - Can't run or Jump

Mission: M'ap Tann Pelen.
Once I reach the big guy that cuts the chicken's head off, I am supposed to follow him through the streets for a mission briefing. I can't run or jump when I do that. That's fine. But when the mission briefing is done and I head to meet his men near the mall, i can't run or jump still no matter what I do! I can't find anyone that has had this bug.

I've reloaded my savefile and replayed the mission but it comes back every time. Now I am stuck and I can't progress anywhere because I can't jump or run anymore.

Is there a solution for this bug?

Put the save where you can't run and jump aside for a moment. Can you load up a save before you enter the butcher's shop (where Placide is cutting the head off the chicken)? What happens with that? If it's still the same after leaving Batty's Hotel and heading to the Mall then would bug report to CDPR. (Just checking you've replayed mission from before it actually starts rather than partially through.)

(edit: assuming no mods are being used - if you are using mods, worth just removing them to rule them out as a cause.)

I've tried that already. I can run, I can jump but when I follow Placide, I walk at his pace and running and jumping is disabled but as soon as I leave his room, it's still disabled.
Where do you report bugs?

Sorry, yeah, I was just doublechecking about where you'd restarted. That's weird. But someone was saying yesterday that they could use guns in the Afterlife so it may be that some restrictions aren't being lifted or imposed properly with the changes they've made.

Been hyped as crazy with the new patch and been playing for 15 hours but I guess I'll take a break until or if they fix this issue.

i know this is an old post. Everytime i go near the butcher shop my game crashes. the inventory and menus are all screwed up to.

If you're running a vanilla game and it happens every time you load from save before getting there, verify files and if it's still happening then bug report it. If you're running mods, or have done in the past which may have left files behind, then that's what I would be checking for a cause. Screwy menus and inventory sounds peculiar.

its not modded. any time i get near the butcher shop[ the character model disappears from the inventory menu and then the game crashes.
