Cyberpunk 2077 censored? (Problem Solved - with solution to solve EZEstates bug)

I encountered a gameplay problem this morning when I was playing Cyberpunk 2077. I finished the game back in Dec 2020. A few days ago I saw patch 1.5 updates some cool staff and decided to go back and discover Night City. However, I realised that my game was censored and there was no blood or other effects (such as cutting arms or any execution effects) which I had when I was playing a year ago. I know the Chinese or Japanese edition was censored but I am living in Australia which shouldn’t have this problem. Could anyone tell me what is going on? I really want to get back to Night City and this problem is stopping me to do so. I am currently using the latest update on steam. Thank you. Have a good day.

EDIT: Ok, after reading some discussions on steam and reddit, I manage to solve the problem. I also had another problem which I was not able to access "EZEstates" on V's computer as it said "page not found". I tried to load a earlier save and everything is working perfectly fine now. I can enjoy cutting arms and legs once again and rent a new apartment. Therefore, the game is not censored all the issues I had are bugs. Thanks for all of your help solving this problem. Maybe the censored mode is enabled? Go check it in the settings.

im pretty sure the Australian version is censored
thats not a suprise tbh since Australia pretty much censors every game lmao

I only see the nudity censor mode, and it is off.

Australian version isn't censored lol. I'm in Australia, and have been playing since launch on GOG. Nothing is censored and everything is still there. I don't really recall many games being censored here the past decade in Australia, apart from Hotline Miami 2.

It was not censored when I was playing a year ago, don't know what's happening now.

No, if a game was censored it would be censored everywhere. But Cyberpunk 2077 ISNT censored in Australia. It was released completely unedited with an R18+ rating.

Possibly or settings. I've been playing since December 10 and the only censoring was the underpants from patch 1.1 which can be removed with a texture mod.
