How to hatch Iguana egg? [SOLVED]

I've been here going back and forth from fast travel destination and even used the "skip time" feature to the point where it's been a week. all amounted to nothing and it's still just sitting there... unhatched.

How do I bloody hatch this f--- egg?

Update:
thanks to the post marked as the answer below i've confirmed that you have to time skip 50-70 days and the egg will hatch and nothing else will work to make it hatch unless you just obtained it on your first playthrough and let the days go by as you quested through everything.

can you just tell me how long do I have to skip time? instead of being cryptic?

like do I need to skip a months worth or do I have to literally sit there afk ingame out somewhere for a certain period of time?

Got it. You need to skip 50-70 days roughly, tried multiple times by reloading.

So: skip clock by 24hrs at least 50x. You can either do all 50 at one time or just randomly let time pass ingame as normal, or even while resetting the shop at clothing stores

wow 50 to 70 days thats way longer than i thought then again i placed the egg right away after the heist and pretty much finished the whole game before i went back to V's house xd
