Apartments

What do you guys think of the apartments. I bought all of them this morning and checked them out. As far as looks I think the one in the Glen might be my fave. I do like that the one in Japantown has a guitar though.

Have not checked out any of them yet, was waiting for this patch so I could start a new game. Other than sleep, do they offer any other else more than a stash?

They look cool but are ultimately disappointing because outside of rp there's no reason to visit any of them once you buy them. No customization, no collectibles, you have to go out of your way to get there, there's no interaction with your relationship person, you can't even move the cat there. Bare minimum each apartment should be it's own fast travel point, and you should be able to use the tv as a phone.

Each one seems to have a unique item that you can interact with. I didn't spend much time in game but plan to later. I did see that sleep gives you a refresh buff and you can make coffee or tea which gives a buff and I think showering does as well but can't remember.

Hopefully with expansions they'll add more elements as far as the apartments.

100% agree, very frustanting that the only thing u can do is get in and say "oh cool" and then leave because there is nothing more to do

Would be cool if you could buy a house, say in North Oak. Be able to park all of your rides, swim in a pool, hot tub and have a bar. Live the legend life.

Yea a nice house with a spacious garage would be sweet.

I bought the 55k place and it’s nice and all, but if you can’t take Nibbles with you, there’s no point. I’d rather live in the ghetto with the cat than in a nice place with no cat.

A lot of people were asking for new apartments, interactions, and having interactions do something besides looking cool.

Which is also something a lot of people requested, so it's probably coming. Still, people DID request apartments.

I find it odd they added those four apartments yet didn't add access V's mansion as people call it, the one which appears in a few of the endings. Which you can see from the starter apartment outside the window and still get to if you do a few out of bound jumps.

Doesn't really make much sense why it's only available in those endings but not purchasable/intractable beforehand. Would've been a great money sink and a "You've made it to the big leagues" moment. The ending basically does that but it never feels earned. And I would've liked more time there, it has some great views.

Mate, I'd need a parking garage the size of the one under Konpeki Plaza to be able to store ALL my rides there ...
