How to change gender?

Hey guys,

I was looking at the mirror and I can only set make-up, hairstyle - color, body.
but i cant change my ♥♥♥♥- hairs, change to female.
i was looking in all appartments and V's appartment too.

You don't, mostly appearance only. Unless a mod allows you to.

iirc gender is what you set when you first start the game. Updates to your cosmetic side is what v1.5 lets you change.

But unless the gender change is patched in offically i doubt it will affect the romance options, wich is good.
