Apartments not working? help pls

So i downloaded patch 1.5 to see all the new features, mostly the apartments. When I downloaded it and booted up the game, no apartments for rent or website showed up. I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game, and I can see the EZEstates website, but when I click it it says page not found, NCPD error or something. On the map, if I filter just apartments for rent, nothing shows up. I am on the last mission with hanako, I just beat it again and returned to the world, but still no apartments available, and no apartments tab in my journal. wtf cd projekt. has anyone else had this issue?

EDIT 2: I just got a bunch of comments on this so I decided to improve my edit. I remember I deleted a specific mod that overrides the apartments and menus, I think it was a V apartment reno mod or some UI mod or a proxy override mod. Also virtual atelier might have some impact (at least the older version) because it just ♥♥♥♥♥ with the website scripts. My suggestion check your mods for any apartment or UI mods that sound like they could conflict, trial and error, or just fresh install the game again.

EDIT: I loaded a save game from a while back, still on the hanako mission, but I was loaded in to a different side job I was doing at the time. Somehow, someway, that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worked, and I reinstalled my 100+ mods and it still works. Maybe its a glitch when you havent beaten the game but stayed before the hanako mission. CD Projekt Red this game will never cease to baffle me

I came here to ask this exact question, because I wanted to change my apartment and can't find anyway to do so. The EZEstates website isn't even on the computer for me.

I started a new playthrough and just got a text to check out the apartments. So there appears to be a trigger that has to occur. Did you get a text message? I think you have to reply to it tok

Besides some graphic updates I haven´t seen new ♥♥♥♥ in this game. The socalled "DLC" feels more like a patch and actual content. Here I was so excited, and all we get is more disappointment :(

Yeah I just found a post about it on reddit. Specifically, after you talk to takemura in the diner.

I am level 35 and shortly before Act 3. I have bought ALL Apartments. have >100k money. the website is the last item in the quest line for me that is missing. still the website does not show up in my apartment computers.

Which website and are you in your original apartment?

the website ONLY shows up in your original apartment computer for whatever reason. (Megabuliding 10) It will not show up if you try to access from other apartments.
