yes, right now am getting around 70-80fps in doors but out side it sits 55-60fps at times. i haven't seen it drop blow 55
If you want FPS, play max low like any other game. Use lower resolutions, etc.
If you want a good balance between performance and visual fidelity...

You should also be using a proper CPU with that GPU. Since you haven't told us much about your system, can't say if you are harming yourself by bottle-necking one area or another.
This game slams CPU and GPU pretty hard. In many cases you might need to limit yourself to a half-refresh rate with vsync enabled to get the smoothest and best looking experience. Doing so however would limit your FPS to 30, which honestly isn't bad as long as it never drops below that.
