can someone tell me what the plugin folder is supposed to contain? (base game files)

im not sure if its supposed to contain anything if you've just downloaded the game fresh

It's for mods, mostly. From what I know, it's only supposed to contain the Cyber Engine Tweaks Mod Engine, and mods get put in its folder. (I wouldn't even recommend modding it, unless if you want mods that improve game performance, or reduce crashing.)
