What About Spider Murphy?

We know about many of the people in Johnny's former life and what happens to them...but I don't remember hearing about Spider. I believe she survived the original attack on Arasaka tower but I don't recall hearing about what happens after that.

Has anyone heard anything in-game about her? Is there lore to read or dialog to listen to?

There is a shard you will find a shard where she talks about the first net crash. It's part of the Rache Bartmoss side quest.

I might be misremembering, but in Johnnys flashback at Arasaka you see her run up the stairs ahead of you then stop as you overtake and go for the helicopter. I don't think we see her get on board. Which puts her on the roof behind Johnny when he's jumping for Rogue and gets shot off the copter, meaning Spider probably died to Smasher behind you, off-screen.

Of course this changes if she did actually get on the helicopter, because then she likely survived with Rogue.
