Basically people bought a game with some adult themes expecting it to be a porn game, even though porn games are generally if not always rated A and not M.
The answer is quite simple, because adding these things to the game is an attempt to come off as edgey, it gets people talking. A good example is this thread right now. It's a way for the devs to say "Look how adult we are! we have genitals, we have sex toys!" These are howerver what a 13 year old tends to think what a mature game should be.
but if you said why there is buyable bd's that have 0 function not even as junk or house deco then yeah i don't get why cdpr decide to even add those
