Enemies not attacking me, arms are stuck to their weapons or twisted around their torsos

I can't figure out if this is a problem with a mod, or if it's a bug in the actual game that I just keep running into.

I can clear out entire buildings of enemies because they literally just can't attack me. They aren't able to properly aim their guns, so they just stand there or walk around shouting at me.

I've played before, and this never happened to me, but that was back in 1.12. Has anyone else encountered this?

I may have found the culprit, and it seemed like an outdated version of Cyberengine Tweaks may have caused it. I haven't experienced the issue yet after updating it (I don't use Vortex, I just noticed that on Nexus, my last downloaded CET was in May of this year) so I'm hoping that is all it was.

Nevermind, issue still happening. Saving and reloading doesn't fix it, but closing the game and relaunching it does.

No idea what is causing it, with that being the case, I can't really easily narrow down any mods since the problem fixes when you relaunch.

I'm also noticing that enemies this happens to are bugged out, they'll all instantly aggro me for no reason no matter where I am. I can just walk within the vicinity of their area and they'll all immediately snap to attention and run after me, they just can't attack me.

Don't judge me on some of these, I am using just slightly altered bodies and not giant tits and ass, V still looks like a real woman.

Ohh boy, you have a bunch of older mods there that i'm not too sure are confirmed working with 1.31.

On the Nexus, if you click "Mods" in the top bar, you can find your Download history in the dropdown menu and quickly find the mods you've downloaded again. I would recommend visiting the page of each one and looking at the Posts tab, and quickly see if others are complaining about the mod in question breaking the game or needing an update.

That's the quick and easy way to sus out if maybe there's a problem with one of them.

The slower and more annoying way is to disable them one by one untill you find the culprit(s) causing the issue. Sadly, you might have to do this if the first option doesen't yield anything.

FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT.

It's Photo Mode Tools, I rebound the Key for the "Face Camera" to Z, not realizing it still took effect out of Photo Mode, and applied to NPCs. When I would press Z, they would stop attacking. When I'd press it again, they'd regain control and be able to attack again.

This was driving me mad!

Ok, i would never have guessed that.

But hopefully that fixes it for good this time.
