The mission "Nocturne Op55N1" is a point of no return? Can I complete missing side jobs after that mission?

More of a "point of return" ...again and again until you have finished all the endings and find that CDPR have left you nothing more to do.

As for side jobs all will be as you left them before you started that last job.

The game returns you to that point after completing an ending, so you can wander round the city after completing the game (with a new item or two) if you want to do other things because it's a save from before entering Embers and locking in an ending.

Is one that has a few specific requirements at the end of "chippin in" but the rest ...yes.

Also one may have a requirement to go back for a main character when you have the option to abandon him. Easiest way to put it I guess without too much spoilers.

Thanks. Last question: Are there several achievements to unlock regarding the ending? I got all romances, did most relevant side jobs and with Silverhand I got a reputation of 70%.

I think 3 of the 5 do yes.

Yes. Devil, Temperance, Sun and Star are the achievments. Devil needs Takemura alive, Star needs the Basilisk and Sun needs a good relation with Rouge and Johnny depending on how you get there. There is one more ending that doesn't give any achievement for the better.

I really liked how different all of them are.

No idea never paid attention to XP in the final mission and no the secret ending does not have a separate achievement.
