Characters dialogue keep interrupting each other before end of sentence.

Whenever I am in Dialogue, neither character can finish a sentence before the next characters sentence starts. It feel very disconnected.
It is like the dialogue is out of sync.

It can happen if you rush to a next objective or bump into NPC'S and keep interupting them before the first dialogue is finished.

I got Dum Dum and Jackie to have a eternal debate about sitting down. Every sentence that was triggered was followed by Jackie trying to sit and than refuse to sit. It was hilarious how bad the sequence broke. I also got offered about 20 times a blacklace booster I am fairly certain V should have overdosed if negative stats was implemented,

Only way to fix it is to go back just before the broken bit of dialogue.

Yes, I've had 3 NPCs talking to me at once. 2 by phone and another standing in front of me.
I think CDPR will get this fixed soon.
