Are the best weapons crafted or found?
Shotguns, assault rifles, swords etc

Crafted, imo.

Crafted weapons get a 5% increase to damage once you have the perk for it. Same for crafted armors getting an increase to armor %, however considering the crafting choices, it's a definite no on armor crafting; for me at least.

Both ... you find iconic weapons and then craft the legendary versions of them.

some found weapon have a random special effect than crafting does not have , anyway game is too easy ( very hard diff ) any weapon kills everything

Correct and my bad, I also mean the crafted versions of the iconic weapons. Pretty much any weapon or armor with a crafting option gets the bonus.

Some weapons cannot be crafted as a legendary and some you will only find 1 of as a legendary in the game, others still you will not be able to find as a legendary.

Nowaki AR, one in game no legend craft.
Tamayara Pistol, epic is the best I have found & no recipe and missing mag in reload animation with sight floating above weapon.
Shigure Smg, epic is the best I have found with no recipe.

Also DB2 Satara I could not find or a recipe.

Since there are perks which enhance the dmg of your crafted weapons by 10% above the standard, your crafted weapons are better than what you can find as soon as you have those perks.

Right now you don't really need it, though. Even if you don't skill crafting and aren't able to _craft_, you are able to _upgrade_ your weapons no matter the tier. So, if you know where to find it, you may pick up a legendary weapon before endgame and keep it. Or you save some scratch and buy a legendary weapon at the vendor. The 10% more firepower isn't really needed. If you have skilled in that weapon, it does enough damage.

Right now I am on a playthrough almost without crafting and wear a complete legendary equipment.

Very much this. Find a weapon that suits your style and use it.

Why two weapontypes? oo

Rifles/Blades for a reflex build, for example. You only need a few perks in Rifles to get the most out of them, as most perks deal with recoil and crit chance and you can use a weapon mod to eliminate recoil and getting 100% crit chance is easy with clothing mods.
Ok.... never had a run with two weapons. I choose one and stick with it. ^^'

Depends on your build.

No need for crafting if you like Skippy.

Monowire is also probably the best melee weapon in the game, if you build for it.

Technically: Crafted weapons can do the most damage, assuming you pick the perks for it.

In reality: It doesen't really matter. This game does not have a linear difficulty curve, it has an inverted one. You start out very weak, and end up a demigod. At endgame, it really doesen't matter if your gun does 10% more damage, you'll melt enemies just fine without it.

You can craft a Nekomata tech rifle the moment you leave your apartyment and oneshot everything in the act 1 zone.

You need to actively gimp yourself to have any challenge in the game. If you go for META stuff, picking all the best stuff, you kill everything in 1 shot from the moment you leave your apartment to the moment the credits roll.

I woulden't go quite that far. Picking anything but "sniper" is not really gimping yourself, it's just not min/max'ing.

But yeah, if you want to min/max, you can start doing it from the moment you finish the Dorsett job.
