I think that should be as low priority as making a better AI system for fillers like cops are.

Adding more choices for nipples are way more important imo. You only have 3 choices and they're all pretty much the same nipples just scaled up or down. What if I want a small nipple with big areola? Or big nipples with small areola? No such choices here. Totally ruined my immersion. Don't get me started with areola texture and the colors too. Smh.

This will unlikely to ever be fixed by CDPR.
It means their 3D modellers probably need to make 3 different versions of each clothes (eg: Small, Medium, Large) that will give the illusion of the boob size you selected. Thats an enormous amount of work to be done for very little impact to the game.

I'd recommend you to wait for Modders instead to solve this.
