The text used for the logo is custom, the cyberpunk font linked here is very basic and too rounded in my opinion. I've always wanted to remake something more edge-driven/more refined, but I just haven't had the time to go after it.
The text in the picture that you replied "Yes!" to is "Blender". This was used for most promotional and most graphics that Cyberpunk releases, as well as materials about the game.
The other text that is sometimes used for promotional title text is "Refinery". It's only used for titles or large text, never for explanatory text.
In-game, the font is "Rajdhani" for all of the subtitle/explanatory text. Part of that is because it is a free font which makes it free to distribute, so you don't have to license it. If they had used Blender in text that would be changed, they would have to pay to distribute it.
Many of the "generic" logos were made using two free fonts: "Orbitron" and "Fireye GF". There's also a lot of "0Arame" scattered throughout, which is a very popular/quintessential "futuristic" font. You'll find it everywhere: Movies, Shows, Games, etc. If there's a fake UI (FUI), it's usually there.
That should cover most things. :)
