i change mine with what i am doing (depends were i am to dress fancy or rugged and what not) and i play on the top difficulty ( just so others know)

Don't recall ever seeing a yellow one - only a hardhat and a zunari in that colour. Colorado Beetle Aramid-Reinforced Helmet is orangey/yellowy/green with tiger stripes and you can buy from vendor in Santo Domingo.

I think the clothing shop on the southern part of arryo has biker gear. Ive seen a helmet with yellow coloring though.

this guide might help if you have no luck op. [im not saying you need to spawn it in, i just use it to see if there is even the colour of clothing that i am looking for]
i cant see if there is a yellow one or not as some of the photos arent loading for me atm :/
