are the sirens on police cars meant to sound like dubstep?

You mean that wuh-wuh-wuh-wuh-WUUUUUUUUUUHP sound? I've heard modern police department vehicles with it, so it's probably just something they swiped and ran through a synthesizer to make it ever more annoying.

It's like train engineers who roll through town at 3 am and do the little ho-ho-ho-HOOOOONK at every crossing just because.

But hey, at least it's not a 2077 version of a Paris police car, what with it sounding like a whining four-year-old: ma-MEE, ma-MEE, ma-MEE!

lol, pretty much all dogs do this. I've always found it interesting how they seem to sense that this sound is connected to a bad thing. These animals are much smarter than we give them credit for most of the time.

yeah i had a really good laugh especially because he added these "wha wha wha" sounds afterwards that was very creative lol haven't heard it before, is it common?

No lol I've never heard the wha wha wha sounds, he put his own twist on it with those so he definitely deserves extra points for creativity. xD
