How do I unlock it?

In my first playthrough I received a message from Nix to come to the Afterlife. I have not yet received one in this playthrough (I have only 12 intelligence), and he's bugged if I go and see him myself. I can't even check on Bartmoss 'cause it just doesn't trigger for me if I check it without the coordinates prompt.

Any ideas?

Yeah I know about that, it just doesn't trigger that way for me. Only way I managed it before was by getting Nix to message me. But that hasn't happened yet in this playthrough.

It didn't trigger the first time for me either. Might be a bug, might be that it unlocks after some mission. All I know is that it triggered eventually for me many in game days later when i checked. If it is a bug try restarting the game, if it still does not trigger it may be unlocked by doing some other quest.

Edit: I didn't get a message btw, I triggered it by going to the freezer.
