The DLSS is something wonky with that... There is something else afoot in terms of optimization, sure. But for the most part, cpu's are choking in the game in most scenarios, especially old ones.

There's no reason a gpu should be 50+ usage without a FPS lock...

CPU pegged can be 89+ usage for your CPU in these scenarios... This video proves a bottleneck... wtf is this about?

4k is the only time your GPU is working at it's max, but again, overall fps is below 50 even at 4k because your CPU is choking, but not as much @4k.

on a 3090... recent cpu... they all ultra but some details lowered,

for an i7-2600k + 3080 u r limited by vram, nor u got to drop gfx from ultra to high,,,, (rt on dlss on)

for me a rt ultra 4K medium is ok on a i7-2600k , i can downscale res for 60 FPS.

texture rez must be set only in menu, i cant in game,

dlss or low framerate. textures eat a lot.
